Basement Waterproofing in Abingdon, Oxfordshire

This semi-basement in Abingdon was affected by penetrating damp and water ingress through the walls during heavy rainfall.

To resolve the issue, we installed a cavity drain membrane system to the affected wall areas, along with external drainage channels to help redirect water away from the structure. Treated timber framework was then constructed, boarded, and fully skim finished to create a clean, modern internal space.

Floor waterproofing was not required on this project, as no signs of moisture ingress were present through the slab area. The system was designed specifically to control damp affecting the walls while allowing the area to remain dry, protected, and ready for use.
