Cellar Waterproofing Project
This cellar was suffering from moisture ingress through the external masonry walls, resulting in damp surfaces and deterioration of the existing finishes. During the preparation stage, all paint and non-breathable coatings were mechanically removed from the brickwork to expose the original masonry and ensure a suitable substrate for the waterproofing system.
Once the walls were fully prepared, a waterproof tanking system was applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications to prevent further water penetration. The treated surfaces were then finished to provide a clean, dry, and durable environment.
Following completion of the works, the cellar was protected against moisture ingress, transforming the space into a dry and usable area while safeguarding the structure from the effects of damp.
